Carlye Kincaid, Ph.D.

Dr. Kincaid received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and received further training in evidence-based assessment and intervention during her predoctoral internship at Duke University. Before starting her own private practice in Durham, NC, Dr. Kincaid worked for over 10 years at Silber Psychological Services. 

Dr. Kincaid is trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan. One of Dr. Kincaid’s main objectives is to help individuals and families identify the unique sources of strength that enable their own personal growth despite experiences with adversity, life stressors, and mental illness.
